For orders placed before noon, we typically deliver the same day. Orders placed in the afternoon are usually delivered the following morning. We always confirm your delivery window when you order.

Yes. Our driver calls you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your site so your team can be ready to receive the load.
We are available 6:30am to 8:00pm, seven days a week including weekends and public holidays. Construction doesn't stop, and neither do we.
We supply black sand, white (plaster) sand, three grades of crushed stone aggregate (¾″, ⅜″, 3/16″), road base Grade A, and road base Grade B. We also offer water tanker and Shawal (excavator) hire.
There is no strict minimum. Our tipper pickup can deliver as little as 1–2 tonnes for small sites or top-up orders. For large orders we use our 6-wheel truck which carries 12–15 tonnes per load.
Yes, for smaller mixed orders using the tipper pickup. For separate bulk loads of different materials we typically make separate trips to ensure each material is loaded clean. We advise on the most efficient approach when you call.
Yes. Regular contractors and large-volume orders receive better rates. Call us to discuss your project requirements and we will give you the best price we can.
Grade A is high-density, Class A specification material for major roads, heavy traffic areas, and municipality-specified projects. Grade B is standard sub-base for internal roads, parking lots, and residential applications. If you are unsure which grade your project requires, call us and we will advise.
Materials are priced per tonne. Transport is included in the delivery price for standard loads within our service area. The Shawal (excavator) is quoted separately by the hour or day.
Yes. We provide documentation with every order for your records. If your company requires formal invoicing with VAT details, please mention this when ordering.
Standard delivery within Dubai is included in the quoted price. Extended waiting time at site or very remote access routes may attract an additional charge, which we always advise in advance.
Yes. Shahzad Mahmoud Building Mat. Tr. is a fully registered trading company under UAE commercial regulations. We can provide trade licence documentation upon request.
